Turnwell Inventory Planning

Purchase orders you can trust.

I set up the purchasing side of Cin7 for product brands and wholesalers: lead times, reorder points, safety stock and suggested orders. You stop running out of best sellers and stop over-buying the rest.

Stock on hand falls to the reorder point, an order is placed, and it arrives before stock dips into safety stock. The cycle every planner wants: stock hits the reorder point, the order goes out, and it lands before you touch safety stock. Getting the inputs right is the whole job.

Most Cin7 setups stop at go-live.

The software can suggest the right orders, but only from the settings it's given. When those are guesses, the suggestions are too.

  • Suggested orders nobody on the team trusts, so purchasing still happens in a spreadsheet
  • Best sellers out of stock while slow movers fill the shelves
  • Reorder levels copied from an old system and never revisited
  • Supplier lead times and order minimums that are rough estimates

How a setup works

  1. Review your data

Sales history, suppliers, lead times and current stock, pulled from your Cin7 account.

  2. Set the rules

Item classes, reorder points, safety stock, order minimums, and Smart Reorder or ForesightAI settings.

  3. Walk through it together

A recorded walkthrough of every setting. You approve each one before it goes live.

  4. Check after 30 days

A look at what was ordered, what ran short and what to adjust.

Two ways to work together

Replenishment setup

Fixed fee, about three to four weeks

  • Data cleanup and item classification
  • Lead times, order minimums and supplier settings
  • Reorder points and safety stock for every active item
  • Purchase-order workflow your team will actually use
  • 30-day follow-up review

Planning retainer

Monthly, cancel anytime

  • Monthly exceptions report: stockout risk, excess stock, late suppliers
  • Setting adjustments as sales and suppliers change
  • One recorded review each month
